Infant Baptism: Parents requesting Baptism for their infants must attend a baptismal workshop. This workshop is given on the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00 P.M. in the Rectory. After attending this workshop, parents may schedule their infant's baptism.
The Sacrament of Baptism usually takes place on the second or fourth Sunday of the month after the 12:00 Noon Mass. Please call the Rectory at 610-828-0101 to register for the class.
Confirmation: The Sacrament of Confirmation is celebrated every other year at our parish. The next one will be in 2007 for our preteenagers. One of the bishops of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia administers the Sacrament.
Eucharist: The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is celebrated on Sundays, Weekdays and Holydays. Holy Communion is taken to our Shut-Ins by the priest, deacon, sister and lay extraordinary ministers of Communion.
Sacrament of Reconciliation: Saturdays 4:30 – 5:15 P.M. or any time by calling the rectory at 610-828-0101 for an appointment. Communal celebrations of the Sacrament take place during Lent and Advent within the cluster.
Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick: A priest tries to visit the shut-ins during the year. Once or twice each year the Sacrament of the Sick is celebrated communally at the parish or within the cluster. In the event of serious illness, or going to the hospital for serious illness or an operation, please contact the rectory at 610-828-0101.
Matrimony: An engaged couple should call the rectory an 610-828-0101 for an appointment to meet with the priest and set a date for the wedding. The preparation process involves several meetings with the priest. A Focus Inventory is given to the couple and the couple discusses the results at a later meeting.
Pre Cana Classes are also required at a diocesan site or a parish site. Pre Nuptial Investigation (PNI) follows receiving a book to choose your Readings and Prayers for the Wedding. Baptism Certificates and a Marriage License are necessary documents.
